Terms of service
Flow Cachehub, 26 LKK Canning Taman, 31400 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. Questions may be directed to +60 5-727 0772.
1. Scope and agreement
These terms apply to this website and professional analytics engagements supplied by Flow Cachehub. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed document controls for that engagement.
2. Services and client responsibilities
We provide behavioural cohort analysis, measurement guidance and related advisory work. You must provide lawful access to accurate data, authorised contacts and timely context. You remain responsible for product, commercial and operational decisions made using our work.
3. Fees and payment
Website prices are indicative in Malaysian ringgit and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Final fees, milestones and payment dates appear in the accepted proposal. Late payment may pause work after reasonable notice.
4. Data and confidentiality
Each party will protect non-public information and use it only for the engagement. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to share all supplied data and will minimise personal data. Additional data-processing terms may be agreed where required.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data and pre-existing materials. After full payment, you may use project-specific reports and analysis outputs internally. Flow Cachehub retains its pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how, without retaining your confidential information in them.
6. Analytical limitations
Observational analytics can identify associations but does not automatically establish causation. Findings depend on source quality, definitions and coverage. We will disclose known material limitations; no particular commercial outcome is guaranteed.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability connected with an engagement is limited to fees paid for the affected service, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Termination and law
Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days of written notice. Accrued payment, confidentiality and intellectual-property obligations survive. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia.
